Founded in Tampa, Florida, by Francisco Milian, a husband, father, combat-wounded veteran, and cancer survivor, Finished Coffee began as a simple conviction: to share the good news of Jesus Christ through something as ordinary — yet powerful — as a cup of coffee.

We roast every bean with purpose, ensuring quality, freshness, and flavor that reflects the care and excellence our faith calls us to. But more than great coffee, our mission is to create moments of reflection, gratitude, and conversation that point people back to the finished work of Christ.

How We Roast

We begin with 100% specialty-grade coffee beans — the top tier of quality sourced from ethical farms around the world. Each bean is carefully selected to ensure exceptional flavor, freshness, and consistency.

We then roast these specialty beans using a state-of-the-art air roasting process. Unlike traditional drum roasting, which relies on contact with hot metal and can scorch the beans, air roasting suspends the coffee in a clean stream of hot air. This allows every bean to roast evenly, revealing its natural sweetness and smooth, balanced character.

The result? A cup that’s cleaner, brighter, and truer to its origin — with none of the bitterness or smokiness found in conventional roasts. Every batch reflects our commitment to quality, integrity, and purpose as we remind the world that It is Finished, one cup at a time.
